  Demon may have deleted my masterwork from their FTP server in the UK (along with everything else – I wasn’t singled out!): but is is still available at: ftp://ftp.demon.nl/pub/Demon/ibmpc/win3/apps/election Fill yer boots. You will need an obscure Borland C++ runtime DLL to get it to run though. But I am sure you can find it…
