There is no doubt that mobile phone internet usage is rocketing – anyone who has access to a decent web statistics package can tell you that.
But would you buy a wedding dress using one?
My friend Jane Heggie has recently started running a wedding formal ware store – Formal Elegance in Cannock Chase, and she asked for some advice about her website (click on the link above).
The site is in Flash – a compromise between a good looking site – obviously something important for people thinking about such a purchase – and the cost of writing something that supports the three different species of Javascript now out there. But Flash support in mobiles is thin – but I wonder does that matter?
